Yesterday Kirsten attended, alongside Sofia Coppola and Elle Fanning, a press conference for The Beguiled in Beverly Hills.

We have added a few pictures in our gallery.

Kirsten is gracing the cover of Marie Claire UK, in its July issue. On the interview, she talks Instagram, having kids and why she thinks nothing can top the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man.

Writer Mickey Rapkin met up with Dunst for a chat, a walk and a hotdog on a sunny day at LA’s Descanso Gardens. After a long career that began at the age of three, Dunst told Rapkin that ‘it’s time to have babies and chill.’

‘I wasn’t one of those “I need a baby!” people until my goddaughter was born’ she said, ‘I love her so much. That love is just like… you can’t experience that unless you have a kid. I put her to bed last night and she woke up this morning and said to her mom, “Where’s Kiki?” I just love that love. That’s what I want.’

Dunst was pretty coy about her wedding plans, but described her Fargo co-star turned fiancé Plemons as ‘my favourite actor I’ve ever worked with’ and her ‘best friend.’

With an astonishing 32-year Hollywood career already behind her, Dunst discussed the new pressure for Hollywood women to be on social media. ‘You can get jobs based on your Instagram following these days. That’s insane’ she said, ‘but that’s why I have it now. As a man, you could get away with not having it. As a woman in this industry, I think you gotta do it now. It’s just part of the game.’

She also pointed out that if she wasn’t an actress she’d pay far less attention to her wardrobe. ‘I definitely have a gross dress with holes in it that I would never wear in LA, but in Austin, [where her fiancé Jesse Plemons is based] no one cares… If I wasn’t an actress I’d dress like garbage every day. All my clothes would be rags.’

When asked for her opinion on the Spider-Man reboot, she was also pretty unequivocal. ‘We made the best ones, so who cares? I’m like, “You make it all you want.” They’re just milking that cow for money. It’s so obvious. You know what I mean?’

Kirsten in a verge of a breakdown always gives good drama, right? So we’re all excited for Woodshock, the directorial debut of Rodarte founders Kate and Laura Mulleavy that had its trailer released today.

Kirsten Dunst stars as Theresa, a haunted young woman spiraling in the wake of profound loss, torn between her fractured emotional state and the reality-altering effects of a potent cannabinoid drug. Immersive, spellbinding, and sublime, ‘Woodshock’ transcends genre to become a singularly thrilling cinematic experience that marks the arrival of the Mulleavy siblings as a major new voice in film.

A24 — which has distributed Academy Award-friendly fare in the recent past, including Moonlight, Ex Machina, and Room — secured U.S. distribution rights to the project at Cannes Film Festival in 2015. The film is based on an original idea from the Mulleavy siblings, one that had reportedly been in development for several years.

“Woodshock” opens September 15.

Kirsten attended the Panthere De Cartier Party on Friday night (May 5) at Milk Studios in Los Angeles. She was joined at the event by several a-listers as Dakota Johnson, Sienna Miller, Olivia Culpo, Dita Von Teese, Rachel Zoe, Lily Collins, LL Cool J, and Ashley Madekwe.

“The Beguiled” is an atmospheric thriller from acclaimed writer/director Sofia Coppola. The story unfolds during the Civil War, at a Southern girls’ boarding school. Starring Colin Farrell, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, Elle Fanning addition to Emma Howard, Oona Laurence, Angourie Rice, and Addison Riecke, Focus Features will release “The Beguiled” on June 23, but of course, you’ll get to hear about it first at the Cannes Film Festival next month.

Following the launch of Calvin Klein’s men’s underwear campaign starring the lead actors of the Academy Award–winning Moonlight, the brand has released its women’s underwear campaign shot by Sofia Coppola. The grainy black-and-white videos celebrate women ages 18 to 73, each handpicked by Coppola for the series. The director’s longtime muse Kirsten Dunst appears, as does Rashida Jones, Nathalie Love, up-and-coming actress Laura Harrier, Maya Thurman-Hawke (the daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman), Chase Sui Wonders (niece of Coppola’s friend, the designer Anna Sui) and Lauren Hutton.
